Being a native of Colorado, Vana has had the luxury of witnessing the many great changes in the metro Denver and Front Range areas. This, and getting to experience his parent's first home buying process, at a very young age, made Vana determined that he would one day be an important part of everyone’s real estate experience. Licensed since 2007, Vana brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Colorado real estate to the team, with a strong emphasis on compliance and transaction / contract management. His ultimate goal is making your “under contract” experience a smooth and memorable one from start to finish.

Kimberly is a first generation American from England. Raised in Colorado, she truly feels blessed to help our clients find their perfect home in our beautiful state. As a Transaction Coordinator and our team’s Executive Assistant, Kimberly ensures everyone is kept up to date with the contract process. Proficient in multiple real estate programs, Kimberly is able to make sure that no matter what platform you use, we are able to communicate effectively. She is passionate about what she does and loves it because it’s fast moving, fast paced and ever changing. Kimberly loves making the home buying and selling process as stress-free as possible for our clients.

Noel Drennen

Noel is a Colorado Native from the Broomfield area. She enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, and spending quality time with her three children. She is passionate about providing the best customer service in any industry. Starting out as a young professional in property management, while pursuing a degree in accounting and business management, she then found herself in restaurant management. Combining all of her skills and just stepping into the real estate industry, Noel joined Sum It Up TC in 2018, working closely with our team assisting with daily operational needs. Noel strives in keeping attention to detail and delivering quality customer experience.

Racquel first joins us as an Assistant Compliance Coordinator but later on transitioned to being an Executive Assistant and part of Vana's Team. During her free time, she’s watching Netflix while hanging out with her family especially on the weekends! She loves to sing and dance and has a big heart for good food. Her wit and charming personality are some of her best assets. She is very career-driven and a risk-taker and does not stop herself from trying out everything. She prides herself on her 7 years of experience in providing excellent customer and client service, being a fast learner, and being a detail-oriented person.

Camie is a Colorado native having grown up in the Arvada area. She is married with 2 cats and 2 dogs and loves reading and spending time with her family. She has worked in the real estate industry for over 8 years and has been a Transaction Coordinator for the past 5 years. Having worked for big named real estate companies and teams, Camie’s wealth of knowledge in real estate, contracts, and compliance is super helpful when helping you bring your contracts to close with no bumps during the process.

Lacy is a Colorado Native, who grew up in the Thornton/Broomfield area. She currently lives in Northern Colorado on a Ranch that she and her husband have built together. Lacy enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She loves to drink coffee and enjoys spending time on their property looking at all the things Colorado has to offer. Prior to joining the team, Lacy worked as a Realtor for 2 years and before that she worked in the Title Industry for 3 years. Lacy has found her perfect fit here as a Transaction Coordinator.

Brittany is originally from New York, and moved to Colorado a few years ago to explore all the new and exciting things Colorado has to offer. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys sewing, DIY projects, and exploring Colorado! Prior to joining Sum It Up Transaction Coordination, Brittany was an Operations & Compliance Manager for a local Real Estate company, and has an extensive background in management. Her background will make for a seamless transaction!

Vera Noy

Compliance Manager

Having moved from Chicago, Illinois before she could even walk, Vera was raised in Colorado and still resides here with her husband of 15 years, their two children and two pups, who’s tails never seem to stop wagging! Vera enjoys camping, boating, dining, cooking and spending lots of time with family and friends. As our Compliance Manager, Vera works very closely with our transaction coordinators and processors to oversee that all files are 100% complete and compliant with all of the necessary documents. Vera prides herself on her attention to detail and knowledge on real estate transactions.

Lynn was one of the first team members to join Sum It Up Transaction Coordination. She was born and raised on one of the many beautiful islands of the Philippines. Lynn and her husband have their hands full with their beautiful baby girl, but in her spare time she enjoys cooking and spending leisurely time with her family. Lynn prides herself on her back office experience, and great multitasking skills. Adding that to her extensive knowledge in transaction coordination and real estate allows Lynn to excel and provide great service to our clients.

Camille Tabunda

Compliance Coordinator

Having experience under her belt, Customer Service has been one of Camille’s strong suits. She has a background in Property & Casualty Insurance and became a Quality Analyst in ensuring that policy changes are applied accordingly. Such a skillset is a fit for how she handles her responsibilities in Sum It Up. She also spends her time cooking and loves baking. Being raised by a mother who is a talented cook, she was born with a distinct palate and acquired the same passion for cooking delicious food. As important as Quality is in cooking, it is also what defines her work. She thrives to be great at what she does and embraces the concept of learning new ways and adjusts herself according to working conditions — making sure that she always delivers whenever the situation calls for it.

Compliance Coordinator

Hazzelle currently provides administrative support to the team. She has worked for an Insurance Company as an Ops Processing Specialist and Subject Matter Expert for more than 4 years. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from a Polytechnic State University in the Philippines where she grew up. Hazzelle developed her experience and skills in multi-tasking and handling time pressure from her previous work and always willing to learn new things. She believes that you can always make things right as long as you acknowledge your imperfections. She loves taking care of their dogs and loves trying to do new things.

Jonabelle Matula

Compliance Coordinator

Jonabelle worked on one of the major telecommunication companies in the Philippines as Assistant Manager wherein she was trained on how to be detailed & precise to scrutinize information. She previously worked in Insurance & Real Estate from several BPO companies where she acquired valuable experiences. Jha tried another journey to expand her skills and she chose SumItUp as her first home-based job. Currently, she's enjoying working with the company. Jha cares for dogs and she's a dog lover. She is adventurous and fond of outdoor activities. Furthermore, she also loves reading books while listening to Jazz music, especially during her idle time. To her she won't decrease her goals but rather increase the effort.
